Biometric Access Controls: Our warehouses and secure staging areas require fingerprint or facial recognition for entry, ensuring only authorized personnel handle your cargo.

Anti-Theft Hardware: Our fleet is equipped with smart locks, steering locks, and engine immobilizers to prevent unauthorized vehicle movement.

2. Technological Security: The Digital Watchman

In 2025, we use "Invisible Guarding" to monitor your cargo 24/7.

AI-Powered Surveillance: Our facilities use AI cameras that detect "anomalous behavior" (like a door opening at an unplanned time) and trigger instant alerts to our security center.

GPS Geofencing: We create a "digital corridor" for your shipment. If the vehicle deviates from the pre-planned route, an alarm sounds and the engine can be remotely disabled.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

No. According to our terms, shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes without a physical street address. Deliveries are made to the Receiver’s address provided but not necessarily to a named individual personally.

 

If a delivery is refused or the receiver cannot be located, we will make reasonable efforts to return the shipment to you (the Shipper) at your expense. If a return is not possible, the shipment may be released or disposed of as per our policy.

Yes. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, Speed Trust Logistics reserves the right to open and inspect any shipment without prior notice.

We cannot transport hazardous materials, illegal narcotics, firearms, or currency. Prohibited items also include:

  •  human remains.

  • Bullion, precious metals, and stones.

  • Pornography or illegal drugs.

  • Any item we decide cannot be transported safely or legally.

Charges are based on the higher of the actual weight or the volumetric weight. Please note that we may re-weigh or re-measure any shipment to confirm the final calculation.

Our liability is strictly limited to direct loss only. For air transport, liability is limited to USD $20.00/kg (or $9.07/lb), and for road transport, it is USD $10.00/kg (or $4.54/lb), with a minimum of USD $100 per shipment. We do not cover loss of profits or indirect damages.

No, transit insurance is not automatically included. If our standard liability limits are insufficient for your cargo, you must arrange your own insurance or request it from us in writing prior to dispatch for an extra cost.

All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days from the date we accepted the shipment. Failure to do so releases Speed Trust Logistics from all liability.

  • Before the flight: You can receive a full refund, minus administration and return fees.

  • After the flight: Once a shipment has flown or is in transit via air, refunds are no longer available.

Speed Trust Logistics may pay duties or taxes on your behalf to expedite clearance. However, the Shipper is ultimately responsible for reimbursing these costs, along with any fines or storage expenses incurred.
